This denim undergoes rope-dying, a complex washing process that includes bleaching the base, hand-brushing for a distressed look, followed by a light vintage wash. Natural washing pumice is used for friction to enhance the natural appearance, significantly increasing the scrap rate. The fade is layered, with a deep indigo color. The practical fabric width is only 76CM, and each garment requires 3.8 yards of fabric, indicating substantial material usage. (Japanese denim products have always been the most luxurious within luxury denim apparel. Many premium LV, Dior, Celine, and other popular items are produced in Japan, demonstrating the rarity of authentic products.) The embroidery is crafted using a Japanese Tajima embroidery machine.
